like new condition.. . card to be mailed in a sleeve then inserted in a UV protected top loader. card can be mailed in a under $1 mailer, works pretty good most of the time,,, However i would recommend that the card be shipped in a larger package with better tracking and faster delivery mules. I do have a variety of new condition unsold vintage price guides, that work well for combining and lot more fun to look at. ......these are still as fresh as received  decades ago new condition unsold vintage stock, not been played with and been stored.
