This is an older, rarer version of the well-desired Omega Seamaster from 1995. My father had it for many years and maintained it often . The timepiece is sapphire backed, with quartz and steel dials and pips. It's both digital and analogue. The band is prominently stainless steel, featuring a gold Omega symbol on the knuckle. The band unclicks and expands to allow equipping. 

Newer versions of this watch include more features and complications that leave everything feeling crowded. Why bother with that when you can have a sleeker and more importantly rarer version. It really is a glorious watch.
