• Please make sure you input the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Buyer pays reshipment charges.
• Transactions will be held if the shipping amounts are not paid in full.
• UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses so if an alternate address is not provided, your order would either be held or shipped via other means such as USPS (Additional fee may be applied).
• Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred by the country's customs/border.
• Orders usually shipped within 48 hours (except for weekends and holidays) after cleared payment has been received. Once orders has been shipped out, we cannot control carrier transit time.

Returns

• All return requests must be submitted through your Ebay account.
• You have to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us, and have the RMA number written on the return package.
• All returns are for refund ONLY. No exchange accepted.
