Return : 

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days.

  • Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. If there are any signs of use, dirty or broken in anyway whatsoever, we will not accept the mug return.

  • Before sending back an item for a refund, you must contact us and inform us via ebay message and use the subject "Returns and your name" In the email please include your name, your address, your order number, the reason for returning the item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
