Heavy Duty Metal Wrist and Neck Collar Binder with Hinges KR-1012GM

This heavy duty metal neck and wrist binder is a great addition to any collection. It has two ankle and two wrist cuffs with four hinges between neck and wrist cuffs. There are smaller holes on the device that can be used for rope or chain attachments. The bar is locked with with a machine screw and the colour is silver.
