Shipped with USPS First Class Mail. If shipping cost is more than $5 higher than actual shipping charge, I’ll be glad to refund the difference. For example if shipping charge is $15 and it wound up only costing $10 I would refund the $5 difference. If cost is higher than price stated, I will pay the additional cost.
