how to use

1. Open the sachet only when you want to use it. Tear off the outer plastic envelope. and pull out the hot compress pad

2. Peel off the adhesive strip. Apply a heating pad to your clothing over the painful area.

3. When finished using Gently remove the heat patch from the clothing where it is applied. Can only be used once and discarded.
