Shipping for US Customers: Depending on the item for sale, we ship using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Overnight. At our discretion, any order valued at over $200 or heavier than 4 pounds may require an adult signature. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot provide a physical address, then we can upgrade you to USPS Priority, but this will cost more. Please ask prior to purchasing. Your tracking number will be uploaded to the eBay transaction page, and it is your responsibility as the buyer to track your package(s) and make arrangements to pick up what you ordered. Items marked "Free Shipping": If the item includes free shipping, free shipping applies to the continental 48 states of the USA only. Shipping for International Customers: We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Express (EMS), and UPS Expedited to ship your order, and all of these services include tracking/insurance. Your tracking number will be uploaded to the eBay transaction page, and it is your responsibility as the buyer to track your package(s) and make arrangements to pick up what you ordered. This may mean that you, the customer, will need to contact your local Post or Customs department. For packages to ship from the USA to your country, it normally takes 15-21 days for First Class, 7-14 days for Priority, 3-7 days for Express, and 3-6 days with UPS Expedited.

Shipping for Best Offers: On Best Offers, we determine our decisions (accept or counteroffer) based on a number of factors including shipping and the address we assume we are shipping to, based on the Best Offer. If a buyer changes addresses after we have accepted a Best Offer, we reserve the right to add shipping costs, or cancel the transaction altogether.

Customs: Please note that import customs duties, taxes and charges (VAT) may be assessed and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Packaging: We are committed to getting new merchandise to you in the best possible condition. We doublebox all small to medium sized items that come out of master cartons, meaning that we will take the factory provided shipping box and add that to another box to protect it. Due to size restrictions, we cannot doublebox oversized items such as premium sized statues and larger (generally quarter-scale and up), but we can wrap the original box(s) in protective plastic when it ships to you. This requires time and materials, so it's an added cost. Contact us BEFORE BUYING to get a quote on the costs regarding this additional service. Please keep in mind that the boxes on larger items show signs of being shipped at least once.

Payment: We accept payment in these forms: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Direct payments using a credit card can be processed via email or over the phone. Please email with any questions about payment.

If the order we ship to you arrives defective, damaged, or is lost/stolen, we will have this replaced or repaired FREE OF CHARGE. If you receive something defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for the return and an RMA number to process your return. Returns processed without an RMA may result in significant delays. Because we are authorized dealers of every item we sell, we have options and we will work with you to get your item replaced or repaired as quickly as possible. If you alter or attempt to alter the product in any way, prior to communicating with us, we CANNOT and will not replace the item. NOTE: Damage to the shipping container and/or display box does NOT mean your item is damaged. The display box and shipping container are there to PROTECT your item, and they are not covered by shipping insurance.
