Absolutely gorgeous dress hand made in India. Very pretty embroidery and sequins. High quality fabric. 3 layers under the skirt making it really poof out. Would probably fit best on sizes 16-18m. My little guy is 18m and it fits perfectly. I found a small red mark on the side (see images)
