Payment

1. We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
2. All payments must be prepaid.

Delivery details

1. Items are generally shipped out within 24 hours after your payment has been cleared (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
2. Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via USPS/Fedex. The shipment usually takes 2-8 business days( Exclude public holiday), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.
3. We ship to US ONLY and do not support Collection.
NOTE: Once order shipped, we will not be able to intercept cancellations or change addresses.
4. All items will be shipped to buyer's paypal address. Please check your paypal address before place the order.
5. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.

Warranty& Return

We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.
Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
For all returned products, Please contact us for the returning address and Pls no return case.

Order cancellation

At purchase history , find paid order and send cancel request. Usually, request would be agree in 24 hours.

Item sent , request failed. Let seller know your request through eBay message, try decline package , or ask seller send return label, or provide other better solution.

Revised address

We only accept shipping address at PayPal's account, per your and ours account security demand. It is better revised your new address at PayPal account, before you made payment.

Bother you send eBay message to us, if you forget revised.

It may be our service officer is rest. If you have not received our reply in time, accept our apologies sincerely.

Replacement

We accept 30 days return and refund request, after you get item.

You would get a brand new item, or refund full payment, if item is defective.

It is better hassle return request through eBay message, and provide photo at message.. We set eBay automatically respond to return request, it may be cause eBay solution is not your and our expected. For example, you want replace item, eBay asked buyer return and refund.
