Front page is denoted “City of Portland Maine, Department of Public Works, Division of Sewers 1925.” Has instructions on contracts, accidents, and conduct, records and reports. Denoted on back page: ‘compiled by W.F. Wilson January 1925. Approved April 2 1925 by Edward M Hunt Commissioner of Public Works. Good condition.
