This is a great vintage 1980s Scala Fully Beaded Black Evening Mini Formal Dress. This is a lightweight silk with a gold red green beaded detail near the chest. It gives me massive holiday season vibes. It hits right about the knee and has a kick slit in the back for ease of movement. It has typical signs of age/use wear. I looked all over and I couldn't find any loose beading but I could have missed something.
