Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days.

We offer free shipping on all of our products to the United States. Excluding Hawaii and Alaska, If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, Please contact us about shipping options.

We ship all orders with in one business day.  Most orders are shipped the same day on orders received before 400 Eastern Time.

We ship using the best carrier available to get your product to you in the fastest most reliable manner. We use Fedex, UPS and USPS.   If you are purchasing a larger item please provide a physical address. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Tracking information will be provided when the order is shipped

We warranty our parts for manufacturing defects for one year from the date of shipment.  Defective products will (at our discretion) be returned to our facility and reviewed prior to a refund being issued.

We gladly accept returns of our products provided it is within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in the original condition, in the box it was shipped in and have not been installed.
