Description

Presenting an amazing Art Deco Amber Depression glass Rocket vase and frog.

This piece is absolutely exquisite. The circular body features panels of stylish geometric patterns that are repeated around the body creating fantastic textures and intensly strong visual appeal.

This impressive vase stands upon beautiful and stylish tripod legs. It has excellent posture and it is very easy to see the amazing influence of design at the height of the Art deco era.

The colouring on this piece is a rich honey Amber which shows great clarity and warmth.

A superb, absolutely impressive and highly collectable 'Rocket vase' that will be a fantastic addition to any Art Deco or Depression glass collection.

This striking vase measures 14.3cm in diameter at its widest and stands 12.5cm tall.

The vase is presented in excellent condtion with no major chips, cracks or repairs.
It does have a small flake to one of the feet however this is to the back and is not at all noticeable. There are some other rough areas to the base rims of the feet which is common as these pieces are fast approaching 100 years old and is far less than is to be expected. These again do not detract at all from this piece.

The frog has usual damage as they mostly do being a large chip to the internal rim and internal brusises. Once housed though the frog appears almost perfect as it sits within the vase.
It truly displays exceptionally.
