Unlined, minimal shoulder pads, no button closure on jacket, button front skirt. Hypnotizing navy blue multi stripe on. Heavy cotton twill, khaki.

This is from Perry, 84 or so.

Sz 4: 18” armpit to armpit, 26.5” length, 14.5” shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 22.5” shoulder seam to end of arm (30” total arm).

Skirt: 22” waist, 18” across hip, 19” across end, 26” length.
