Postage and Packaging

All my deliveries are using Royal Mail 2^nd class. This is at least 2-3 days.

If you need something more urgently please opt for 1^st class mail at the checkout

Ebay have provided the same delivery dates for 1^st and 2^nd class and it is creating confusion as to how long an item takes to deliver.

Returns and Refunds

We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please contact us first and give us the opportunity to rectify the issue.  

Any refunds will be processed once we have received the goods back from you. 

Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
