Made in pre-1968 USA. DOUBLE CIRCLE LOGO, 2 PATENT NUMBERS.  In good CLEANED POLISHED pre-owned condition, various scratches scuffs scrapes, utensil marks: stir stab scoop, visible wear, stains including cooking stains, spots including water spots, no dents and all surfaces feel smooth with a few minor dings. The HANDLES ARE ON NICE AND TIGHT.  LONG HANDLE IS HALF GRAY HALF BLACK.  PAN SITS FLAT.  So, this is not “perfect” but it gets the job done and is quality made in the USA.
