After some usage, sound became fainter for no apparent reason, despite sound volume being at maximum.

Actually, with some cleanup, sound volume is better but it could still be improved.

Cosmetic condition is good. Visible wear in the coating near the eargel connection.
Battery holds a charge and has been tested by listening to a video for 30 minutes, losing 20% of its charge. Remaining battery life is unknown.

Most accessories are brand new and were never used.
