Measures approx 19" x 12". 

To me, they are a light cream color. 

They came with the original plastic sleeves--but the sleeves are deteriorating so I took the placemats out and will ship them without putting them back in sleeves. 

These are very thin--you can see through them. 

I did notice a very small stain on one (see last photo).

Overall very nice.
