This goddess dress is one of the most iconic designs from the late Alber Elbaz from his tenure at Lanvin. Worn by Karlee Kloss on the runway. This was one of the dresses that Lanvin re-issued as part of their Tribute collection to Alber Elbaz. This is the original and not the re-issue!

The top material is scuba-like and has a lot of stretch. The red color is slightly lighter than the skirt. There’s an internal bustier belt with grosgrain ribbon.

The pleated, maxi skirt is in a luscious, red silk. The skirt features a slit on the front that’s really only visible in motion.

CONDITION

Good condition with much life left. Regular signs of wear consistent with the age and materials of the garment. 

The top has a few stains above the skirt and near the zipper. They’re not as visible when worn and may come out with a dry clean.

The skirt has some light stains as well that appear to be water stains, so these may be easy to clean. Some snags / pulls in the skirt as well. The wear to the skirt is very hard to see when worn because of the volume of fabric.
