This is the ORIGINAL CHIC scent (FORMULA) I received in 2002 during the actual fragrance launch. It has the original RED removable plastic frame as seen in the photos and an all-white face. The new version that was later created did not have the RED plastic frame or the complete white face with only the delicate red lettering of the name. You can clearly see the difference in all the other listings.
Chic by Carolina Herrera is a Floral fragrance for women. Chic was launched in 2002. Chic was created by Alberto Morillas and Jacques Cavallier. Top notes are red freesia, tuberose and Bulgarian rose; middle notes are freesia, lily-of-the-valley, mandarin blossom and orange blossom; base notes are white musk, sandalwood and vanilla.
