Approximately 8" tall not a sugar bowl. probably a Candy Dish

Top is very ornate and has a bisque finish

Bottom is glaze finish

This is a rare piece by Wiinblad who illustrated scenes from Mozart's opera The Magic Flute in relief form.  The underside of the bowl displays the respective liberto text in the ornamental Wiinblad hand writting.  Made in Germany and measures approximately 8.5" by 4.5   Excellent condition
