This is a nice piece of SKILLED METAL CRAFTSMENSHIP history that you can still roast or cook in, super thick ALUMINUM SPREADS HEAT EVENLY and holds the heat while serving, not “perfect” but quality made in USA: just the pan and serving lid weigh 4 pounds which a whole lot of aluminum.
