Postage and Packaging

FREE 2^nd CLASS DELIVERY. This is usually 2-3 days but may be longer especially during peak periods. This is due to Royal Mail's service and is out of my control once posted. If you need your order by a specific date please upgrade to 1st Class delivery at the checkout for an additional amount.

Orders are posted next working day after receiving payment. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Returns and Refunds

We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please contact us first and give us the opportunity to rectify the issue.  

Any refunds will be processed once we have received the goods back from you. 

Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
