Vtg Antique Original 18 Century Fashion Art Print Framed Women in Dress

Lovely print/engraving of a woman in fancy dress. Her dress, hat and shoes are highlighted in blue. The print is hand colored. 

The mat has a blue edge that brings out the blue in the picture.

It is framed in an old frame but someone painted it. 

I found one other print just like this one for sale and they are asking a large amount of money for it. Picture is in very good condition, any oddities in the photos are reflection from the glass.
