This item is listed as brand new because that is the exact same way I received it. Any flaws of any kind that you might see were there when I got the item originally.

In this case, the front cover has a scuff along the top corner on the left side. There are some markings along the right side of the front cover as well and small curls on the right side corners.

Pages inside are in pretty decent shape for the most part.

Back cover has a rip near the top right corner and a wear rub on the bottom right corner.

I only opened this item to take photos for you, so it has had very minimal handling by me.
