Ginger Cake Mix 500g

The Wright's family mill has been making fine flour since 1867. Our baking range is made from our best flours & finest ingredients. You just need to add water & oil & follow the simple instructions for delicious freshly baked cakes. This mix produces a traditional style Ginger Cake.

In each 500g pack you have enough cake mix to bake a one 2lb tin approx, 15 brownies, 24 cupcakes or 12 muffins. All you need to add is water and oil plus any toppings or fillings of your choice.

Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin); sugar; dextrose; maltodextrin; whole dried EGG; cellulose fibre; rapeseed oil; skimmed MILK powder; spices; raising agents: E500, E501; flavourings; emulsifier: E475; salt.
