100ml circuit board varnish
A transparent PVB layer with fast drying and excellent insulating properties protects circuit boards and other parts from corrosion under unfavorable operating conditions. The layer prevents the formation of stray currents and short circuits on the printed circuit boards. This protective layer can be used in various applications, eg for the insulation and protection of electronics, printed circuit boards, cables and wires, high-voltage transformers and coils of electric motors. It is also used in the automotive industry to prevent short circuits and to seal plastic housings of plugs and sockets. In the power industry and electromechanics, it forms a protective layer.
The layer provides excellent protection from the elements such as moisture, oxidation, dust and chemical contaminants. It adheres well to metal, plastic and wood surfaces and forms a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis and weathering. Soldering is possible through the lacquer layer, and it prevents the formation of sparks and corona discharges. The layer limits inter-track short circuits and does not change transparency or flexibility even after a long time. The application temperature range is -40°C to +60°C, the working temperature is between -50°C and 150°C, while the flash point is 380°C.
To ensure safe storage, the layer should be stored in a well-ventilated place that complies with applicable safety and fire regulations. The storage area should be fireproof, without heating and with non-explosive electrical installations and ventilation systems. The floor should have electrically conductive carpeting and all metal equipment and storage facilities should be grounded. The layer should be kept away from children.
