This is because we did not hire a professional photographer to take pictures, resulting in a huge color difference. We are currently updating all brushed gold images. You can contact us to send you real photos for reference.

At Water Spirit, we use the highest quality colouring processes (PVD brushed gold) to ensure a durable and timeless finish that you will love for years to come. Like many other materials, the colour may appear differently from product to product due to lighting within the installation location and reflection on products with different surfaces (flat and curved).

While we do our best to ensure consistency between batches and use strict colour toning and matching quality procedures to lessen variations, we acknowledge that there may be minor 
variations between batches. We encourage you to check over your items once received to ensure that you are satisfied with the finish. 

 
Care Instructions
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild liquid detergent or soap.
Do not use cream cleaners, as they are abrasive.
Do not use scouring-powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface.
Use of unsuitable cleaning agents may damage the surface. Any damage caused in this way
will not be covered by warranty.

We do not ship any orders during weekends and public holiday; any orders placed after 11:30am Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 
 
Items will be posted by AU POST or TOLL . Please note that sometime we will separate your orders into multiple parcels . We will update all tracking numbers on eBay then.  
 
International shipping is available. Please contact us and let us calculate the postage and delivery time for you. Buyer will be responsible for any import duties imposed by the custom department of the destination country.
 
WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS WITHIN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE?
If you didn't receive the items within 2 weeks after sending, please contact us through eBay message.
We only accept the return of the item in this situation:
1.Item is still brand new.
2.Item is still under the returned within 30 days of purchase with original packing and all accessories .Customers need to pay return postage fee.
 
Items should be returned in 14 days once your return has been accepted. Once we have received your returned product, we aim to process the refund within 7 working days.
 
We do not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED ?
If an item is damaged when it arrived, please report this within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on eBay. Please also send us the photos of the product including the package with the label.
 
If the photographic information is too large that failed to be shared on eBay message ,you may be required to send them to our email . Please note that photos or videos enable us to investigate the matter further.
