Raspberry Pi 4 users: Recalbox and RGB-Pi OS4 has suppor for RGB adapters and Pi 4.
RGB-Pi OS4 is easy to use, no configuration required. But RGB-Pi OS4 is incompatible with LCD I2C screen.

Raspberry Pi 5 users: Pi5 has not hardware support for PWM signal audio, as it's required for this adapter. You still can get video signal through RasPi2CRT and any distribution that supports RGB-Pi compatible adapters. But you have to get an USB audio card or bluetooth speakers to get audio output.
