Shipping & Delivery

EGW only offer curbside delivery. This means our drivers will unload your glass onto the pavement outside your address. Our drivers are not insured to carry glass into your home or place of business, so please do not ask the to. Due to the size and weight of some of our products, please ensure you make suitable arrangements beforehand. We aim to delivery within 5-7 working days, however certain routes require a third party courier which may take 7-14 working days. Please note any fittings will arrive via DPD's courier service prior to the arrival of the glass.

Product must not be returned after 14 days following the date of receiving goods. Any issues must be raised with us no later than the third day following the date of receiving your goods.
