The 2023 American Women Quarters Proof Set™ includes five proof quarters from the American Women Quarters™ Program honoring:

  • Bessie Coleman – pilot, advocate, and pioneer who flew to great heights as the First African American and first Native American woman pilot, and first African American to earn an international pilot’s license
  • Edith Kanakaʻole – indigenous Hawaiian composer, chanter, kumu hula, custodian of native culture, traditions, and natural land
  • Eleanor Roosevelt – first lady, author, civil liberties and human rights advocate, Chairperson of the United Nations Human Rights Commission, instrumental in the passage of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • Jovita Idar – Mexican American journalist, activist, teacher, community organizer, champion of bi-lingual education, and suffragist
  • Maria Tallchief – America’s first major prima ballerina who broke barriers as a Native American ballerina

ABOUT THE BOXES - Occasionally, these sets are shipped to us with cosmetic issues to the packaging such as bent or dented corners. Unfortunately this is very common as the boxes are made of light cardboard and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for this type of issue.


Purchases
As per eBay policy, Pre-Sale items will be shipped within 30-business days of purchase. Please remember business days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's, or Federal Holidays. 
Buyers may request a full refund if not delivered by the estimated delivery date.
Once Pre-sale items are available for shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to process all of the pre-sale orders depending on the quantity of orders received. Priority will go to early orders based on the order they are received (or based on their required ship date).
Please be aware that during Pre-sales, prices tend to fluctuate with the current market. So, please only buy when you are happy with the price you are paying as no refunds or price matches will be issued.

Payments
All payments should be made through eBay's payment processor.
Payment must be made with in 7 days of end of auction.

Large/Special Order
If you have a special-order request (any combination of items currently listed or not listed), please check with me directly. I have not posted everything due to the limited eBay store space.

Shipping & Handling Time
Most of the items (except Pre-sale items) will be sent out within 1-2 business days after you pay the invoice. Please review the positive feedback from the buyers. The actual delivery time varies due to the destination. Please remember business days do not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Federal Holidays.
I can only ship to the address you used at checkout. Your address cannot be changed after purchase.

  • All of our item for Sales include Free Shipping and Insurance with tracking included and are shipped the cheapest way possible unless requested otherwise by buyer. Buyer pays the difference. Please contact for quote. 
  • PLEASE NOTICE - We use eBay Standard Envelope aka eBay Send - We use this for all coin purchases of $20 or less and under 3 ounces (in the same transaction or combined transactions to same address). 
    • Please be aware the tracking for eBay Send is NOT 100% accurate as it is not scanned by the mailman and is ONLY used to provide delivery confirmation as recommended by eBay. Tracking may indicate it was delivered when it wasn't. Be patient it will arrive by the end of next business day or by estimated delivery date given at time of purchase. Please contact me if you have an issue with the delivery of your purchase.
  • We occasionally use physical stamps which require us to get a tracking number from the post office and so we may add your tracking number for your purchase later in the day.

Return Policy
I Do NOT offer Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges (unless listing states otherwise). However, If you received your purchase and believe you have an unusual circumstance that requires a refund, please contact me immediately before opening a case so, we can work things out together and make you another 'RePeet' happy customer.
Refunds will ONLY be given if I am unable to deliver your purchase by the delivery date.
