Dust-free sanding

• Anyone who sands a lot and on a regular basis knows from experience: reducing sanding dust is one of the greatest challenges during sanding. For this reason, all abrasives from MENZER are available with tried and tested, device-specific hole circles. The dust-free high-performance abrasives Ultranet® and Ultrapad are the perfect choice for optimized results.

MENZER Ultranet® – The innovative high-performance sanding mesh for low-dust sanding

• Ultranet® is an innovative high-performance sanding mesh for virtually dust-free sanding. The open face mesh structure and an innovative, particle permeating hook & loop layer ensures that sanding dust is reliably extracted from the entire sanding area. Ultranet® was developed specifically for the sanding of varnishes, plastics, and wood, as well as for wall and ceiling sanding in interior work projects.

  The fused aluminium oxide grit in combination with the particle-permeating hook & loop layer ensures precise sanding results. The result is a higher service life of the abrasive at a consistently high material abrasion. MENZER Ultranet® is suitable for use on all hole circle systems.
