Special delivery requests must be advised at same time as order is received, as we usually despatch the same day.
There are no despatches or deliveries on Public Holidays or at week-ends.

Where items are delivered by Parcel Force/Courier there will be extra charges for delivery to the following Post Codes:

Non UK Mainland postcodes are on a 2-3 day delivery service.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.
If your item is returned to us as "undeliverable" we may have to refund your order excluding the initial delivery cost incurred by us, or charge postage at cost for re-sending.
If your goods have not arrived as quickly as expected, please contact your local Sorting Office,
as our experience is that delayed orders can frequently be found there, even if a "missed you" card has not been left.
Royal Mail will return the item to us once 2 - 3 weeks have passed
