A nice Worthington Lined Side Zip Skirt.  The size is 12 and the colors are light blue with a navy design.  This skirt  has a fitted section at the waist that transitions into big block pleats that flare out.  Pretty skirt.  The skirt has no slits or pockets.    

This skirt is Machine Washable.

Waist to hem  -  25.5 inches
