Realistic Patrolman Pro-14 Hi/Lo 3 Band Scanner, Ham Radio.

All lights illuminate while scanning. Occasionally stopped on channel 8 and 2, but nothing was audible. Some marks and light stains on the casing. A brown wire exits the rear of the scanner. I am not sure if it’s purpose but is not on similar scanner listings. 10” in length
