This is a Austin Mini, Morris Mini Minor, Morris Minor Tachometer With Ajustable Red Line. This item is in good condition and the redline can be adjusted to engine. Adjusting is possible via flat head screw in center of gauge. I have not tested this item. Please message me with any questions.
