OE Repair Kit to fit DB2 Stanadyne / Roosa Master Diesel Injection Pumps
Not for Automotive DB2 pumps
NOTE: With all Stanadyne / Roosa Master Pumps, it is a good practice to tie the throttle lever in Wide Open position anytime the pump is going to be off the engine.
Also inside this kit are the drive seals needed for installation. As well as the well known "Flex-Ring" which is the culprit of pump failure most of the time.
Tips for installing your flex ring (Please refer to included picture):
Using snap ring pliers (1) Gently stretch one hole over one of the rivets in the cage first. (2)
Then Move across and do the same to evenly spread the ring (3)
Then finish out putting it over the remaining rivets. (4)
*Please send us your complete pump model number if you are not sure if this kit is right for your application!

Please Note: Your fuel injection pump is a very technical devise. Not only does it control your engine it also protects it as well. Repairing your pump yourself is a great way to save money. However, extra care must be used as serious pump and or engine damage can occur. A person repairing their own injection pump is assuming their own risk.
