Heath Ceramics Tile. Subway tile/M20. Yellowstone color. I over ordered by 12 boxes.  All new in box.

33% off my cost.  These are untouched tiles resulting from overage after two large bathroom remodels.

After two large bathroom remodels (I am the owner), I have a surplus of both Yellowstone 3" x 6" subway tiles which I bought from Heath Ceramics.  As you may know, Heath suggests over ordering by 25%, which I did.  However, I also measured properly in the first place.....thus the surplus.  As every order from Heath is custom, and as they retain no inventory, this tile is very expensive and typically takes 6 weeks to receive.  Heath charges both tax, and the cost for freight.

I have all the receipts.  And we remain big fans of Heath Tile.  The boxes are unopened and the tile is pristine.

This Heath tile retails for $39.90 per sq ft, which was my cost. The 3x6 inch tile (M20) is boxed with 64 pieces, which totals 8 sq ft.  I paid $319.20 per carton.  Heath takes no risk in shipping fragile tile, so freight and taxes add an extra $101 per carton.  I will sell each box for $280, which is 33% off of my cost.

I have 12 unopened boxes of Yellowstone 3 x 6 subway tiles.

I live in Soho, Manhattan.  The freight cost is entirely prohibitive. So local pick up only.
