Instructions for use.
1 In order to avoid particles, debris into the sensor, the sensor must be installed at the water inlet strainer:
2, water flow sensor installation to be inside the equipment or indoor, do not be exposed to long periods of time outdoors or humid high temperature and other harsh environments, water flow sensor installation shall avoid vibration and shaking environment and applications, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy of the sensor;
3、When magnetic materials or materials that produce magnetic force on the sensor are close to the sensor, its characteristics may be changed;
4、Do not disassemble the water flow sensor without permission to prevent damage, any unauthorized disassembly of the water flow sensor is not covered by the warranty;
5. If you do not use this structured sensor, you may experience discomfort when using it as a direct replacement.
Raw materials in accordance with ROHS standards
The water flow sensor consists of a copper valve body, a water flow rotor assembly and a Hall sensor.
When the water passes through the rotor assembly, the magnetic rotor rotates and the rotational speed changes with the flow rate, the Hall sensor outputs a corresponding pulse signal, which is fed back to the controller, which determines the water flow rate and regulates it.
