A brand new 10 ft, HTP replacement welding gun. This gun is a direct replacement for a Miller MIGmatic™ M-15 welding gun, it is equivalent to Miller® part numbers 169589 and 195605. The front end parts of this gun are completely interchangeable with the Miller gun - that's right, it uses the same 169 715 gas nozzle, the same 169 716 tip adapter, and the same contact tips as the OEM Miller gun.
Not only will this gun let you keep more of your hard earned money in your pocket, but we believe this HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun! You can see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun. Also, our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the Miller gun.
Picture 5 (photo 1) shows you the high quality of this gun. The crimp is insulated to protect the trigger wires from chafing. Picture 6 (photo 2) shows the actual crimp with the insulation removed. You can see the crimp to retain the rubber outer jacket and the copper crimp which secures the copper wires to the brass fitting to carry the welding current. Picture 7 (photo 3) shows a cutaway of the coaxial cable assembly, where you can see the copper wires that carry the welding current, the trigger wires, the inner tube that the wires are wrapped around, and which also has the liner running up the center of it. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the shield gas runs. We use the same high quality construction on this welding gun we use on all of the welding guns which are OEM on the HTP Mig welders.

This 10 ft long gun will handle .023" .030” and .035” diameter welding wires. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, stainless steel wire, and with a teflon liner, you can feed aluminum wire. It comes standard with a .030” diameter tip in the welding gun. If you need extra tips, nozzles and tip adapters, now is a great time to stock up, as they ship for no additional shipping charge.
