These look to be a custom made part for the project. There is a marking on the board showing the original part number 23006-815 that is covered with a small sticker as shown in the photos.

Information about the backplanes
They have a conformal coating front and back
These are a System Slot Right
Power connections are made with M4 threaded power bugs. No Faston connectors are available
All connectors on the front side have blue keys marked with 1 765 as pictured
Connections on the back are as follows;
Top - Utility connector 3.3v VI/O +5v GND
Mid - 3.3V +5V 32bit bridge connector
Bottom - +12v GND -12v 3.3v +5v

Included is the user guide (23006 - 7xx and 8xx series CPCI backplanes) and a pack of 10 x M4x6 screws for connecting power cables to the power bugs
