     Size and brand are deduced based on actual measurements, writing on case, and limited resources available online.  Please note that measurements may be off by up to 1mm but are assumed correct by matching most common sizes associated with case type and brand.  There are many different variations of DVD disc cases that have been manufactured since the inception of the DVD format.  Thank you for your understanding. 


Return policy is as stated.  Buyers making false claims in order to force a return on a "no returns" purchase are reported to eBay.  Fraudulent purchases or returns are also reported to the US Postal Inspector.  If returns are accepted, items returned with missing pieces, used, damaged, or otherwise devalued will incur the maximum fee in accordance with eBay policy.
