Usage instructions : Dip the bottle in hot water bowl for 1 minute and then pour 2-4 drops of Anu tail in each nostril. Then inhale slowly with nose and exhale with mouth and let the Anu tail reach deep inside
Recommended Dosage - 2-4 drops initially and then may increase up to 6 drops in each nostril, or as directed by physician
