You are purchasing a 1998 Old North Church II Boston Massachusetts from Shelia's. This is part of the Collector's Society.  This is a wood decoration. It measures 8 1/2 inches tall by 5 inches long by 1 1/4 inches deep. It is in good condition with light wear. There is a couple of tiny spots of paint loss. I did a light cleaning on the buildings, but they could use a better cleaning but I didn't want to do any damage to them so I just lightly dusted them.  On the back of the building is a description of the building. A nice addition to any collection.
