This transfer case input shaft is for Chevrolet Trucks, Cadillac Trucks, and GMC Trucks from 1994-2000 using the 32 spline input NP236, NP243, NP241 & NP241C transfer cases. 
The pocket bearing is included & will be pressed in before shipping so that input shaft is ready to use when you get it.
32 spline inputs fit TH400 & 4L80E automatic trans & the GM NV4500 5 speed manual trans.
