For your consideration, please see this absolutely lovely antique Berry Bowl serving set by Charles Ahrenfeldt, made in Limoges France. This beautiful set is known as AHR27, and was produced between 1915-1916 (over 107 years ago). It features gorgeous pink roses that around surrounded by a lovely Florentine pattern of blue and yellow stained glass window-looking design that bands around the rim. There is also a gold trim that has been applied to the very rim of the bowl. The serving bowl measures 9.5" in diameter and 2 1/8" tall. There is some minimal gold loss on the edge of the bowl, but it does not take away from the functionality or beauty of the bowl.
The individual berry bowls are of the same exact design, just on a smaller scale. They are marked identically to the serving bowl on the underside. Some of the blue coloring has faded a bit, and almost looks gray, but you can tell that it is all one set. They are just as lovely as the serving bowl. Some gold trim has faded over time, but that is normal for antique fine china that has been used with love over the years. Individual bowls measure 5 1/8" in diameter and 1" tall.
Being sold as a set of 6: 1 serving bowl and 5 individual bowls. Prior to shipping, the weight of all 6 pieces is almost 3 pounds. Will be packaged and shipped with care via USPS. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know. Many thanks for looking and happy shopping!
