Godinger Silver Plated Triangular Photo Frame 1991 Holds 3 Pictured.  Metal in the center and could probably hold something like pens.  Piece is tarnished.  I wanted to know how to put the pictures in so I took it apart.  You have to turn it upside down undo the screw and slide the picture between the metal backing and the plastic front.  The plastic picture covers have scratches on them.
