The photos do not show the pretty Iridescent Glaze featured in the words "Soul Sister" as it does in person.
We have used this mug and have (at our own risk) washed on top shelf in dishwasher and microwaved for under 30 seconds on rare occasion and have not seen any damage. However, keep in mind the maker manufacture suggests that neither be done.
