	All Yamaha YFZ450R Dasa exhaust systems are handmade here in the USA and the quality really shows with perfect tig welds, trick billet end caps, a billet canister mount, thick head pipe flange and the end caps do unbolt for easy canister repacking. The Yamaha YFZ450R Dasa exhaust system has been proven on the dyno to make big HP throughout the entire power curve. This is a multi-step, stainless steel exhaust system that includes a head pipe, mid pipe, and an exhaust canister. Optional Quiet Core is available for this model and is sold separately (Spark Arrestor Included with Classic models). The AMA Edition system utilizes a chamber on top of the head pipe and an all new stepped inner core. This system is designed to meet the AMA db limit of 96db. The AMA Edition only comes in a polished canister. Custom color options are not available for this model and will be disregarded if ordered. Black End Caps are available to order. Custom color options are available in Classic models only. We offer custom candy blue, candy red, neon yellow, & white canisters. You can also choose from black end caps or the standard raw aluminum end caps. We try to stock as many of these custom color combinations as possible but please be aware that these are custom order and can take up to two weeks to ship (if not in stock). Colors may not exactly match stock ATV frame/plastics. This exhaust system fits both the YFZ-R model and the YFZ-X model ATV

Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice, return authorization number and in good resalable condition. If the returned item in determined to be in ?not resalable condition? a refund will not be issued. A 15% restocking charge will be applied. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit to your account unless other arrangements have been made. Any parts not purchased directly from BB Racing Parts must be credited by the 3rd party seller. No returns on special orders will be accepted.

We treat every one of our customers with privacy and respect and BB Racing Parts will never share, sell or trade your information to another merchant or organization. Personally identifiable information such as the consumer?s name, address, email address, company, and phone number are stored for future purchases. All credit card information is transmitted securely to Authorize.net and is never stored directly with BB Racing Parts.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

.All orders will ship in 1-5 business days. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order unless otherwise specified. The shipping carriers we use are Fed-Ex, United Parcel Service (UPS), and U.S Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. If you require priority shipping, we must be notified at the time purchase.
